All sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or changes to orders once a purchase is made. Triple check your order to ensure the ring sizing and all other information is accurate. The turnaround time for order fulfillment is 14-16 weeks. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Shipping is available only to addresses located within the United States. Orders submitted with a shipping address outside of the United States will not be processed and are subject to cancellation. Each customer is limited to a maximum purchase of two (2) items per order. Attempts at placing orders under the same customer email address, credit card, or using the same billing or shipping address are subject to cancellation. LongHorn Steakhouse and Milk Couture Co., LLC are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. Claims for delivery issues must be directed to the shipping carrier. All orders will be insured for a $200 value. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Items are made for adults only. Keep out of reach of children and animals. This product is for novelty purposes only. It is not edible and should not be ingested under any circumstances. If you or the person who will ultimately receive the item has a known metal or resin allergy, consult your doctor before making a purchase. Products are made with .925 sterling silver. Every piece of keepsake jewelry is made by hand and will be unique with the potential of small imperfections such as bubbles, evidence of sanding, etc. 

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not shower, bathe, work out, sunbathe, swim, or sleep while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose your jewelry to chemicals (lotion, perfume, hairspray, laundry/dish soap, etc.), extreme temperatures, humidity, extended UV light, or essential oils. Do not store your jewelry in direct sunlight or in a humid area like a bathroom. We recommend storing in a dark, dry area - preferably a closed anti tarnish jewelry box. A storage box will be provided with each order. Do not store mixed metals together as that can accelerate tarnishing. For example, do not store silver pieces in the same place as gold plated pieces. Discoloration can eventually occur on ALL resin items due to the chemical properties of all resin products. Jeweler's grade resin contains UV stabilizers that guard against discoloration, so prevention of discoloration is guaranteed in the first 3 months (90 days) after you receive your item.
